Howard County Health Department - $2,000  

Grant will  support a statewide Primary Care Summit to be held at Howard Community College and hosted by the Howard County Executive and Health Officer to raise public awareness of the primary care access crisis and formulate plans of action that will help resolve some of the problems facing primary care physicians in the State of Maryland.
