Bridges to Housing Stability, Inc. - $31,200  

Project seeks support for a two-year multi-agency collaboration to keep at risk families in their homes and reduce homelessness in Howard County.  The collaborative partners in this project are CCH, Grassroots, Christ Church Link and the Department of Citizen Services.  The group has recently received a grant of $253,898 for two years from the Homelessness Prevention and Re-housing Program (HPRP), a part of the Administration’s American Re-investment and Recovery Act of 2009.  Foundation funding is needed to support a small portion of the project.
