Alzheimer's Association - Central MD Chapter - $20,000  

The Alzheimer's Association through its project SPEED--Services, Programs and Engagement for Early Dementia will develop programs to serve people with early stage dementia.  Funding will support training for staff, an 8-week education series for people with early stage dementia and their care partners, an early stage support group, and a 9-week pilot social program.  The Alzheimer's Association will be partnering with the Howard County Office this project.
