Bollman Bridge Elementary School - $5,000  

The Bollman Bridge Wellness Committee  designed a number of programs to assist students, families, staff and the community at large identify and reduce risk factors related to specific chronic diseases and adopt a healthy lifestyle.   The school holds Town Hall meetings with families and community members to dialogue, plan, and receive feedback on effectiveness of programs offered.
