Community Action Council - $5,000  

CAC is requesting support to hire a consultant to conduct a comprehensive relevant information on Howard County's low income population in order to identify specific needs and conditions.  The information will be used to guide decisions regarding future allocation of resources as well as resource gaps, challenges and opportunities in future programming.  The information is critical for CAC's 2011-2013 strategic plan.
