Voices for Children, Inc. - $12,400  

Voices for Children in partnership with Fostering Futures is proposing to develop a network of supportive adults to provide both support and guidance to older youth in foster care to improve the outcomes for young adults aging out of the foster care system in Howard County.  This will be accomplished by using online social networks, and other Internet technologies along with traditional community outreach to identify and match supportive adults who will support foster youth with the development of life skills, and establishing supportive networks.
