First Annual Horizon Awards

In recognition of the people and organizations advancing health and wellness in Howard County, The Horizon Foundation created an awards program to honor transformative leadership, health education and health action.

Health Education Award – GTV, the county’s government cable channel Health Action Award – Bethany United Methodist Church, Church of the Resurrection, First Presbyterian Church of Howard County, Glen Mar United Methodist Church, Kittamaqundi Community, Linden-Linthicum United Methodist Church, St. John Baptist Church, and Trinity Episcopal Church
