Horizon Awards
Recognizing leadership, achievement and
commitment to the health of the citizens and
community of Howard County has been the
hallmark the Horizon Foundation's Annual Awards
breakfast. Since 2004, the Foundation has
honored extraordinary contributions to
community health and wellness from individuals
and groups in the areas of transformative
countywide leadership, health education and
youth development.
These awards
support the Foundation's commitment to build a
healthier community. The awardees are
selected from a broad field of candidates and
exemplify innovative thinking and bold action
in advancing our community health
mission.
