Horizon Grants $1.5 Million for Health 'Safety Net'

(The Columbia Flier) -- Columbia's Horizon Foundation, Howard County's largest philanthropic organization, this month announced that it will hand out $1.5 million in greants meant in part to shoreup the county's health "safety net," according to foundation president and CEO, Richard Krieg.
