On the Move: Horizon Board Names New Members

(MD Daily Record) -- The Horizon Foundation, of Howard County, has added five members to its board of trustees: Guillermo Birmingham is director of administration at the Pan American Health Organization; Glenn Falcao is president of Falcao Investment Group; Steve Gershman is a CPA and shareholder with Katz Abosch; Lynne Hall Quinn is the marketing director of Exit 24; Marianne Ross is a senior veterinary epidemiologist with the U.S. Public Health Service. The Horizon Foundation uses strategic grants, community programs and partnerships with private and public institutions to promote and enhance community health and wellness in Howard County.
