Horizon Foundation Establishes Executive Advisory Board

(The Howard County Times) -- The Horizon Foundation, of Columbia, has established an 18-person Executive Advisory Board comprised of the topmost leaders of major community systems: Beverly Wilhide, chairwoman; Jim Robey, Howard County executive; Lauren Barr, student, Mt.
