Author Izzo to Deliver HCC Luncheon Address, Workshop

(The Business Monthly) -- Speaker and author John Izzo will come to Howard Community College (HCC) on Oct. 3 to offer insights on creating an engaging and productive workforce.

Izzo is author of the best-selling book, Awakening Corporate Soul: Four Paths to Unleash the Power of People at Work. He will speak at a luncheon that will be open to the public from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Kittleman Room (ELB-100) of HCC's English, Languages & Business Building (ILB-100).

Following the luncheon, he will conduct a workshop, "Servant Leadership: The Secrets of Great People Leaders," from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in ELB-100. Cost is $35 for the lunch or $50 for both the lunch and the workshop. Call 410-772-4820 by Sept. 28 for reservations. The Horizon Foundation and Leadership Howard County will join Howard Bank in co-sponsoring this HCC event.
