
Tiffany Callender Erbelding, MSW
Tiffany thrives at the intersection of social work and project management and merges these skills to improve systems that impact the lives of others.
At the Horizon Foundation, Tiffany manages initiatives that improve access to quality health care. This includes the Foundation’s mental health portfolio and the Speak(easy) Howard campaign to encourage advance care planning. She brings a blend of clinical experience (including previous positions at Philadelphia Family Court and Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Quality and Safety) and a strong foundation in strategic planning.
Some of Tiffany’s greatest career accomplishments include managing the Johns Hopkins Medicine National Leader Strategy – resulting in Joint Commission recognition of the health system – and participating in the National Council’s Advancing Health Disparities Leadership Program. Tiffany was also a named a Grantmakers in Health Terrance Keenan Fellow and has maintained a Project Management Professional Certification since 2015. A graduate of Leadership Howard County, Tiffany holds a master’s degree in social work from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern University.
