Calling all storytellers: Be part of this event

Speak(easy) Howard and the Stoop Storytelling Series are now seeking storytellers to share their personal stories about living their best life. You could be selected to perform at this event. Stories can be funny, sad, serious — or all three. As long as they’re real and they’re about you, we’re all ears.

This is a storytelling show — not a lecture series or standup comedy event or literary reading. The seven storytellers will share their stories with the audience just as they would with a group of friends.

If you’d like to listen to a few stories to get the feel of what we’re looking for, please visit The Stoop Storytelling Series website. If you click on “Listen,” you can listen to any of the 1,000 stories in Stoop’s archive.
