Want to hear about our new strategic direction? Join us for our upcoming community conversations!

As many of you know, the Horizon Foundation has been hard at work engaging with the community to develop our new strategic plan over the course of the last year. Now, it is time to finally reveal the final product! This new strategic vision represents our bold, new direction to work towards a Howard County free from systemic inequities, where all people can live abundant and healthy lives.

Want to learn more and see how we can work together? We are hosting three community conversations for community organizations and residents to learn more about our work and opportunities to get involved:

  • Monday, February 5, 3:30-5 p.m. (in-person, at Horizon’s office)
  • Thursday, February 8, 9-10:30 a.m. (in-person, at Horizon’s office)
  • Monday, February 12, 5:30-7 p.m. (virtual)

We all want to live in a Howard County where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to reach their best health and well-being. But there are barriers built in front of us that create unequal opportunity and threaten freedom and prosperity. We invite you to join us as we work side-by-side with our community to build power and advocate for policy changes that matter. Together we can help achieve better health for everyone in Howard County and greater Maryland.

Register now – we hope to see you soon!
