Free “Angst” Film Screenings & Discussions on Youth Anxiety

Join the Horizon Foundation and Howard County Public School System for a FREE documentary screening and panel discussion around anxiety in youth. “Angst” is a 55-minute film featuring candid interviews with children and young adults who struggle, or have struggled, with anxiety – including Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps.

The film explores the causes, symptoms and effects of anxiety and stress on youth and encourages youth and their families to seek help. Middle and high school students are encouraged to attend with a parent or guardian. Each film screening will be followed by a discussion and Q&A with local experts.
